Summer is on full display
From Jordan Calame, Design Director at The Inn at Honey Run
This year I created a monochromatic theme around the property. In most planters and baskets, you will see some of the standards (geraniums, petunias, dichondra, etc.), but mixed in are some unique additions. My favorites for the summer season are Craspedia (Billy Balls), Wandering Jew, Shamrock Clover, Fiberoptic Grass, and Calathea (Rattlesnake Plant). Sticking to one color theme doesn’t have to be boring. Choose plants with different leaf shapes and blooms to keep things interesting or play with mass plantings of one or two.
Pick what you like and have fun with it!

I am a frequent visitor to the Inn and love all the beauty. On one visit I sat on the deck outside the lounge and was thoroughly thrilled watching the hummingbirds. The lush plants took my breath away. Thanks Jordan for all you do at the Inn.
