Simple recipes are my favorite and this one fits the bill. This very easy recipe makes the store-bought cocktail sauce seem like the waste of money it is. By combining a few pantry and fridge staples, you can create your own cocktail sauce in the quantity you want: this way you won’t have one more random condiment jar shoved in the back of your fridge!
While cocktail sauce is most notably used with poached shrimp and other chilled seafoods, it can also be used mixed in a meatloaf or as a condiment for eggs during your next brunch party.
Happy cooking!
