Why divide a menu into courses?
At Tarragon, we course our menu because we believe that a long meal is a joyful meal.
To sit with a loved one and enjoy carefully crafted food is an endeavor that should be undertaken seriously, because joy is a serious business. Too often dinner becomes a means to be fed, but only physically, as we often forget the spiritual and emotional benefits of a good meal.
So we invite you to have a seat, order a bottle of wine or perhaps enjoy a cocktail, and take your time. These moments do not come often enough.
