Ingredients:

1# Cranberries

1 ½ C White Sugar

1 Lemon, Zested

1 Orange, Zested

¼ C Lemon Juice

½ C Fresh Orange Juice

1 C Port Wine

1 T Dijon Mustard

1 T Ginger, Finely Minced
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a 4 qt sauce pot. Bring to a boil and cook until a candy (or meat) thermometer reaches 215 degrees. Chill and reserve until needed. Can be served either warm or cold.
