Coconut Curry Sauce Recipe
INGREDIENTS: 14 oz Coconut Milk ¾ C Diced Tomatoes ½ C Caramelized Cipollini Onions 2 T Yellow Curry Powder 3 Thai Chilies, Finely Chopped 1 T Salt 1 Lime, Juiced 1 T White Vinegar METHOD: Combine all the ingredients in a vita mix or blender. Blend on the highest speed until completely smooth.
