INGREDIENTS:
- 14 oz Coconut Milk
- ¾ C Diced Tomatoes
- ½ C Caramelized Cipollini Onions
- 2 T Yellow Curry Powder
- 3 Thai Chilies, Finely Chopped
- 1 T Salt 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 T White Vinegar
METHOD:
- Combine all the ingredients in a vita mix or blender.
- Blend on the highest speed until completely smooth.
