½ C Kalamata Olives, Rough Chopped
2 T Green Olives, Rough Chopped
2 T Capers
1 t Garlic, Minced
2 t Lemon Juice
1 T Olive Oil
¼ t Dried Oregano
2 t Basil, Roughly Chopped
Black Pepper to taste
METHOD:
Combine the olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor and slowly drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice. Pulse while adding the basil, oregano, and black pepper until the mixture is combined and still slightly chunky.
This is a great enhancement to any dish that calls for olives.
