Ingredients:
Crust:

21 oz Rolled Oats

1 C Shredded Coconut

1 C Brown Sugar

2 C Sliced Almonds

1 t Salt

¼# Butter
-
½ C Maple Syrup
-
½ t Vanilla

8 oz Raisins
Method:
Honey Run Granola:
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Melt the butter and mix with the other liquids and add to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Bake at 300 for 15 min on 2 sheet trays line with greased parchment paper.
Rotate the pan and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the oats are golden brown throughout. (It may take longer in a home oven)
Allow it to cool completely. Break up the “sheets” of granola into small pieces and incorporate a box of raisins.
