Dear Friends of Tarragon,
I know we have all been through some extreme emotions and trials over the past few months with the COVID-19 pandemic. During the stay at home order from our Governor, I learned how much I miss breaking bread with friends and family and how important it is to share a table with those we love and care about. Food has a special place in our lives. We celebrate all major life milestones, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and even just the end of a successful day with food. These celebrations are marked with special food that helps to permanently etch the joy of that celebration into our memory. Food is a necessity for life, but it is also so much more.
At Tarragon, we have been working to adhere to all the state safety protocols to create an environment that is safe for you and our team members while providing the dining experience you have come to love with beautiful views of our forest and a culinary menu that is perfectly executed with ingredients that are fresh and local. The benefit of having a small restaurant is that we have never been an establishment that needs large numbers of guests to achieve our daily goals. By being an intimate restaurant, we can provide our usual dining experience without interruption while providing a safe dining experience for all.
Thank you all for your support, and we are excited for you to return to Tarragon at The Inn at Honey Run to enjoy all the hard work our culinary team has done in preparation for your return.
Cheers,
Jason
This is lovely. All the best as you move forward in these challenging times!
Thank you for sending out an update, and thank you for your commitment to safety. We hope to make it in for dinner very soon!
Thank you for your wonderfully compassionate, humane and informative letters. After having to cancel a much anticipated international trip for the occasion due to the uncertainties of the Covid situation, we are looking forward to celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with you in June.
