Dear Honey Run Guests,
Complain! Complain! Complain! This was the founding mantra expressed by Marge Stock as she readily sought the input from each of you as to how she can improve Honey Run. This aspect of our culture at Honey Run has not changed. We greatly appreciate and need your complaints so we can continue to improve every day. One of Marge’s famous quotes is “Only God is perfect. So we need complaints to know where we are falling short.”
It is due to your “complaints” and suggestions that we have added Wi-Fi, refrigerators, Blu-ray players, flat screen televisions, and Keurig Coffee Makers in the Honeycombs. It is by your request that we have remodeled one Honeycomb room to also have a King size bed and new blackout curtains. It is from you, our guests, that we have made enhancements to the menu in Tarragon and include a salad with every dinner entrée. The new lounge area was due to an overwhelming request for a place to have a glass of wine in the restaurant after a wonderful meal. I list these few items amongst the many recent improvements to show that we are listening. While I may have the privilege of paying the mortgage, The Inn at Honey Run belongs to all of you. It is only by your faithful support by visiting and referring your friends and colleagues that we are able to not only exist but have the resources to continue to improve.
I would appreciate it if you have not already posted your personal review of Honey Run on Trip Advisor to please do so. We are currently the #1 Restaurant in Millersburg and I believe that we should be the #1 lodging retreat. I know you agree because I read the kind comments you leave in our visitor books and the letters you send to me personally. Help me share Honey Run and its therapeutic serenity with the world with your voice.
