As a small business owner, I often lose sight of all the good that is happening around our business because I allow the noise of problems to hide the good. But then there are days when I have an opportunity to work at the front desk and interact with all of you. And you, all of you, are what make The Inn at Honey Run so special. I truly enjoy my interactions with each of you. Hearing your life stories, sharing business struggles, and sharing laughs. You as a guest of The Inn bring and cover the Inn with a joyful spirit. You are the reason we get up and work so hard each and every day and amidst the struggles you shower us with blessings.
As we begin the move into the fall season of harvest and thanksgiving, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you. Thank you for choosing us when I know there is so much demand for your finances. Thank you for extending us grace and the opportunity to repair any issues when we fail to meet our goal of perfection. Thank you for sharing your stories, your time, and your hearts with us. Thank you for making my vocation a true joy and daily blessing. Thank you for making The Inn at Honey Run the treasure that it is today. It would not happen without all of you.
The Inn has been open for 42 years and we are looking forward to another 42 years and more of creating memories, experiences, and friendships with you and all those in the world who don’t know what you already know about Honey Run. The Inn is so special, and it is our honor to share this gem with all who find their way up our winding driveway to serenity.
