Recipes don’t get much simpler than this, but by adding a few ingredients to your ricotta, you can easily improve a homemade lasagna or even use it as a garnish for a pasta dish, as we do for our Pork Cheek Pappardelle.
- 4 C Ricotta
- 1 T Rosemary
- 2 T Parsley
- 2 t Half Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 T Shallot, Minced
- 1 T Salt
- Salt to taste
Mix all of the ingredients until incorporated and season with salt to taste.
