Reservation Info :

  • All room rates are based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast. $30 charge per additional person in accommodating rooms. A $20 fee applies for splitting each bed.
  • Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. Guests register at the Main Lodge front desk. Bellman service is provided as a courtesy upon request.
  • A deposit equal to the first night stay, plus tax, is required to confirm all reservations. 
  • Cancellations more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 10 days of arrival date of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire stay including any packages purchased.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on many weekends and holidays.
  • Guest rooms in the Main Lodge and Honeycombs are designed for two people. Only a few rooms permit use by more than two people. Our two-bedroom cottages are designed for four people.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room.
  • The inn is a non-smoking facility except in outside areas.
  • Winter driving conditions in Holmes County are typically favorable. In the event of a travelers advisory on your travel day, we would discourage a drive to the Inn. If you cancel by 6:00 p.m. on your day of arrival, we will cheerfully refund your deposit or apply to another date.
  • Although children are welcome over the age of twelve, meals and activities are designed for adults. Children are not permitted in the Honeycombs or Cottages.
