Serenity Massage – Blissful Relaxation
(Light to Medium pressure)

A tension-melting Swedish massage that is made to order. From light to medium pressure, head-to-toe or just focusing on those particularly achy areas. Your therapist will work with you to determine what is best for you using gentle, gliding strokes, detailed finger pressure and compressive kneading movements.
Couple’s Massage and customized Couple's Treatments

Simultaneous treatments side-by-side, in the same room for couples. You can mix and match different treatments! Because most of our therapists have been working together for over a decade, they are able to intuitively blend their work in a way that is seamless and wonderful. Drawing from their extensive background in the healing arts, your therapists will create a unique treatment for you that may include Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Polarity, Craniosacral Work, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology and Energy Balancing, depending on your needs.
Intuitive Balancing Massage

(This treatment is available only with our Master Level Therapists who have
a minimum of 10 years experience.)
This treatment arises depending on the phsyiologic and energetic needs of
your body, based on your therapist's intuitive responses and a detailed
health history. It is always rejuvenating and relaxing and may include
massage, energetic balancing, craniosacral work and polarity therapy. It is
truly a gift to both giver and receiver because you receive what you may not
have even realized was needed and your practitioner is able trust his or her
instincts and vast experience working with others.
Somatic Release in Clinical Massage

This specialized therapy is highly effective in the treatment of chronic and acute physical dysfunction. Therapists perform detailed searches and treatment of muscles and connective tissues to help restore circulation and release restrictions. A session can focus on a particular area or injury and may include therapeutic self-care exercises given for your particular condition. Just a few of the many conditions that respond well to this treatment:

Pregnancy Massage

This form of massage therapy can be received in all stages of pregnancy. Common discomfort such as back and hip pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder stiffness, sore feet, swelling, fatigue, cramping and increased stress can all be lessened or resolved with these time-proven techniques performed by a certified practitioner. Zen Swe-atsu Massage
(Medium to Deep Tissue)

Zen Swe-Atsu blends the flowing and rejuvenating touch of Swedish Massage with the point-specific detail of Japanese Shiatsu for those needing medium to deep tissue work. Given on a table like traditional massage, the session gently opens blocked acupuncture points and releases constricted muscles for an overall energetic and physical balancing.
SomaEnergetics™ Tuning Massage

The Flower of the Moment – Massage and Breema

A stress-relieving 60 minute massage eases muscular tension and restrictions and is followed by a 20 minute Breema Bodywork session, creating the opportunity for new patterns of movement, thought and feeling. The pairing of these two is priceless.
Targeted Massage
$70/45 minutes
This soothing solution to achy muscles is intended to get you feeling better fast. Your therapist will meet with you and decide the best approaches for resolving and relieving your most troublesome knots and aches. Moist heat packs are included in the cost. Follow it up with a warm cup of tea!

The emphasis on the individual retreat is to provide you with a lot of support to simply Be. To do this, we include one-on-one guidance in meditation, Self-Breema instruction and receiving Breema Bodywork. Additionally, participants are encouraged to experience the surrounding woods as a key element of the retreat. Simple and effective, this approach helps you shed a lot of “extra,” the mechanical clamor of mental activity and associated physical tension that often come with daily life. It’s like finding a pool of clear, fresh water and realizing you can choose to drink here. The following itinerary can be customized to include instruction in Breema Partner Bodywork and/or Meditation sessions. It is recommended that you arrive 15 – 20 minutes before your initial session to allow plenty of time to get settled in without hurry.

Reflexology

Using thumbs and fingers, reflexologists stimulate points in the feet (and hands) which relate to all the muscles, glands and organs of the body. Treatments help overactive organs to slow down and sluggish ones to speed up, supporting balance and self-healing. Many clients report experiencing renewed energy in the days following this relaxing treat.
Reiki

Reiki (ray-key) treatments provide subtle energetic balancing and can help with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships, manifestation of goals, and supporting the body's instinctive healing wisdom. Reiki is a tool to help us experience what it truly means to be one with all creation. Through a series of gentle hand placements, your therapist will intuitively move from one area to the next. Recipients often experience warmth, pleasant sensations of stress dissipating and a dropping away of worry. Treatments are received fully clothed on a softly padded massage table.
Organic and Vital Facials and Body Treatments
We believe that reading a bodycare product label should be like a stroll through a spring garden. All products in our spa are made with whole, nourishing plants abundant in healing phytonutrients. These oils, creams and scrubs are exquisite to experience and provide optimal nourishment for the entire body.
Honey Run, Head to Toe – The facial that doesn’t forget the feet

Experience the difference with this live and organic facial treat, rich with moisturizing nutrients that repair and cleanse the skin. The precious ingredient list includes raw wildflower honey, honey cappings and royal jelly. Just to make it sweeter, we also provide a scalp massage worthy of one long ahhhhhh! Followed with an exfoliating and cleansing sea salt scrub with essential oils and honey moisturizer- fit for any queen (or

Grateful Body Facial

Fruit and Honey Foot Glow

The best of Foot Reflexology, Japanese Shiatsu and Swedish Massage! All of these are married in one treatment and highlighted with the unique Bee Yummy Skin Food for its deeply regenerative and moisturizing effects. Your therapist will use a variety of techniques to stimulate reflexes and nerve endings, balance acupuncture points and release those achy muscles. Sometimes gliding and compressing, sometimes gently holding just the right spot. Finished with an all-organic exfoliating scrub of your choice.
