Sage Room

On the first floor of our main Inn, the Sage Room’s picture windows offer gorgeous natural light and views of our woodland ravine. As our most flexible space, Sage Room can accommodate presentations, seminars, banquets, and round-table discussions in multiple set-up options. Sage Room is the ideal space for large groups or any group looking for spacious meeting venues. Immediate access to the unique breakout space in our fireside Hearth Room and covered, outdoor Sage deck is an added benefit that can add endless possibilities of depth and variety to your event.

Hearth Room

Just outside of our Sage Room on the first floor you’ll find a cozy, quaint lounge area called our Hearth Room. Our Hearth Room is perfect for drinks and hors d’oeuvres before and after meetings, small holiday parties, and more. This area features a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable lounge seating, and direct access to an outdoor patio with a gorgeous view of our property.

TreeTop Pavilion

Breathe fresh air into your Ohio meeting in our TreeTop Pavilion, an open-air meeting and event space that is covered for countless options. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi and electricity, this venue is ideal for events ranging from innovative training sessions to a casual team lunch or cocktail hour.

Tarragon Restaurant

A spacious dining and banquet area, Tarragon features high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the surrounding woodlands and is located within our main inn for easy accessibility. The atmosphere is warm and modern with a natural ambiance. Tarragon offers traditional dining seating indoor, as well as on our outdoor deck. For a more laid-back setting, our bar and lounge areas in Tarragon offer comfort and relaxation.

The Grove

Our largest venue, The Grove, is an outdoor blank canvas perfect for galas, team building activities, company retreats, and other large gatherings. With over 6,000 square feet in flat, green landscape, this tree-lined venue provides both privacy and magnitude.

Hospitality Suites

Club-Level Suites and private Guest Cottages offer outdoor decks, wet bars, fireplaces, and more. All of these spaces are perfect for post-meeting debriefs or a little relaxation.
