The Inn at Honey Run is located in Holmes County in the middle of the World’s largest Amish population. Exploring the Ohio Amish Country can fill several days. There are many places to visit in Holmes County, all within 15 miles of the Inn. Below is a brief overview of the nearby villages of Millersburg, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Charm, Mt. Hope, Winesburg, and Sugarcreek, Ohio. Driving through the area reveals beautiful, rolling countryside filled with picturesque farms. Holmes County Trail: This 12 mile section of the Rails-to-Trail is paved for biking, roller-blading, walking, running, and wheelchairs, while the other lane is paved with “chip and seal” for horse-drawn vehicles and horseback riding. It’s part of the Ohio to Erie Trail connecting Cincinnati with Cleveland. Millersburg
