Dining
The "tree house" feeling of our restaurant is the backdrop to some of the finest American Regional Cuisine available in Holmes County and the Ohio Amish Country. Executive Chef Thomas Hunt makes every effort to utilize locally grown, fresh vegetables and meats to offer you a “big city meal in the country side”. Overnight guests and folks just passing through are more than welcome to dine with us!

Breakfast
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast, served to our overnight guests daily between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. A special continental breakfast is complimentary for house guests, and a hearty a la carte breakfast menu is offered as well.

Lunch
Enjoy our house specialties at lunch, including our traditional chicken pot pie or ham loaf with homemade honey mustard sauce. We also offer sandwiches, salads and a daily special or two. Reservations for lunch are available from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. In a hurry? Call or fax your order in ahead of time!

Dinner
Savor creative dinner cuisine, including entrees such as parmesan crusted organic chicken breast with roasted red pepper sauce and Black Angus steaks. Dinner reservations are available from 6:00 until 8:45 p.m. These hours may vary according to season.

Pheasant's Nest Lounge
Enjoy your favorite cocktail on Friday and Saturday in the cozy Pheasant's Nest on the lower level of the Main Lodge.
Sunday Dinner
Join the popular "raid-the-kitchen" on Sunday nights, a unique casual buffet set up inside our commercial kitchen with hot entrees, salads, soup, desserts, and a bounty of sandwich makings. Visit with the chef, and be sure to go back for seconds (and thirds!).
Saturday Night BBQ
On Saturday evenings beginning Memorial Day Weekend and running through Labor Day Weekend, enjoy mesquite BBQ chicken, BBQ ribs, our famous baked beans, cole slaw, corn on the cob, corn muffins and a selection of seasonal fruit cobblers in the Tree Top Cafe. Live entertainment is also scheduled so bring the family and make a night of it! Reservations are suggested to guarantee you a seat!
